The Beckett NX oil burner uses standard components, combines air and head settings into one adjustment and allows the zero position to be set without removing the burner. Patented air guide and scroll insert deliver high static pressure to provide clean combustion in modern appliances, even in tough situations. The standard sound cover and high-quality components provide quiet operation. High static pressure and the air intake kit are ideal for direct venting applications.
The NX uses the same, proven, off-the-shelf components as other Beckett burners. The PSC Motor, CleanCut Pump, Beckett Igniter, GeniSys Control, cad cell, blower wheel, and coupling are same as those on the widely used Beckett AFG. For an increase in reliability, the air intake is moved away from the floor and above the pump, preventing lint build-up in the burner.
Testing has proven NX technology allows clean combustion over a wider air adjustment range than traditional burners. The NX maximizes fuel/air mixing, flame retention, and minimizes excess air by regulating flow zones in the air tube. The appliance remains cleaner and more efficient with improved heat transfer.
When we set out to develop a premium burner, ease of service was a top goal in the burner design. NX technology combines burner head position and air flow adjustments into a single operation, to match desired output. The NX burner also shares industry standard components for service simplicity.
Standard sound absorbing burner cover that reduces noise levels along with components and near-burner air supply provide quiet operation.
